Overview

Navitas is ready to invest in you!  We are seeking a Program Management Intern in Ann Arbor, Michigan who will

support the continued development and enhancement of Navitas’ SharePoint environment, assisting with site structure, page design, document organization, and workflow optimization.The preferred candidate is a detail-oriented undergraduate or graduate student with a strong interest in business systems, information management, or digital workplace tools.

Responsibilities

  • Support the continued development and maintenance of the Navitas SharePoint environment
  • Organize and standardize SharePoint sites, pages, and document libraries in alignment with governance standards
  • Assist in structuring & migrating content to improve accessibility & usability
  • Develop and maintain basic workflows, forms, and automation where applicable
  • Create and update user guides, quick-reference materials, and site documentation
  • Ensure consistency in naming conventions, permissions, and version control
  • Intern Learning Outcomes:
  • Enhance communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
  • Gain hands-on experience designing, organizing, and maintaining SharePoint sites and document libraries
  • Develop practical knowledge of business process documentation, information governance, and digital workplace standards
  • Learn how enterprise teams use SharePoint to support program management, operations, and cross-functional collaboration
  • Build experience working within structured governance frameworks, including version control and permission management
  • Strengthen professional skills in stakeholder communication, prioritization, and task execution

Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of SharePoint (sites, libraries, permissions, page layouts)
  • Strong attention to detail and document management discipline
  • Ability to follow governance standards and naming conventions
  • Basic understanding of business processes and information flow
  • Self-motivated, coachable, and comfortable working in a structured environment
